5-6 Day for Feliciano Monday, May 8th, 2023 Paco Feliciano told the press after his 5-hit day, "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate. He wants to hit the ball hard." Well, that's just what Feliciano of the Mile High Mustangs did against the Washington Federals. He went to the plate 6 times and 5 times he delivered base hits, much to the chagrin of the Federals, who suffered a 15-5 defeat. "Not much that I can say," offered the losing manager, "he just hammered the heck out of us." Paco Feliciano doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. So far this year, Feliciano is batting .387 with 3 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
