So Cal, Eureka Trade Made Monday, November 14th, 2022 The Republic and Hornets announced a deal that was completed today. So Cal sent 20-year-old minor league starting pitcher Morgan Tyson and 20-year-old minor league reliever Abhijnana Ramamani to Eureka for 27-year-old reliever Carlos Núñes. Both teams appear happy with the outcome of the trade. The general managers told the Baseball News Network they felt the swap was beneficial for the both teams and the players. In 491 appearances Núñes boasts a 31-36 career record with a 3.32 ERA. He has been credited with a save 20 times and opponents have a batting average of .242 against him. |
