Germán Hits His Way to Rookie of the Year Award Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 Jersey center fielder Fernando Germán set the tone for rookies across the Thurman Munson League in 2022 and today was tabbed for the league's Rookie of the Year Award. He hit .323 in 143 games while collecting 180 hits, 33 home runs, 95 RBIs and scoring 100 runs.Todd McCarthy of the Kansas City Tornadoes finished second in voting, while José Rivera of the Kansas City Tornadoes finished third. |
