Talley's Hit Streak Soars to 20 Games Sunday, August 28th, 2022 An opposing pitcher told BNN after the San Diego-Maple game today, "Ronnie Talley is hitting everything you throw at him. He is one tough out. Fortunately things went our way in the ballgame today and we came away with a 5-3 win. But Talley still continued his streak." The Marauders second baseman now has hit safely in his last 20 games. He was 2-4 in today's contest. Ronnie Talley flied out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and doubled in the 8th. To date this season Talley is hitting .321 with 7 home runs. |
