Nelson Picks up TML Monthly Pitching Honor Monday, August 1st, 2022 Jake Nelson's been around the league long enough to appreciate the honor he received today. After going 5-0 in July, the 28-year-old Maple hurler has been named Thurman Munson League Pitcher of the Month. He fanned 34 in 36.2 innings, logged an ERA of 2.95 and allowed opponents to hit .246 against him. For the season Nelson has compiled a 14-4 record with a 2.80 ERA. |
