Alan Bishop Out of Action Friday, July 8th, 2022 The Jersey Jesters will lose the services of second baseman Alan Bishop after he sustained an intercostal strain while running the bases in today's game against the Eureka Hornets. "I'll get through it," Bishop said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 5-6 weeks. So far this season Bishop has put up a .290 batting average with 100 hits, 16 home runs and 60 RBIs. |
