RCL Star of the Week Announced Monday, June 27th, 2022 There's nothing like being in the prime of your baseball career -- and playing like it. Just ask Kata Nishikawa, the Brooklyn right fielder, who swung a sweet bat all week to not only aid his team, but also pick up the Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week honors. Nishikawa piled up 14 hits in 30 at-bats, 2 home runs and 14 RBIs while hitting .467. Presently Nishikawa is batting .353 with 5 home runs and 49 RBIs. He has played in 73 games and scored 41 times. |
