"Obviously, the team is slumping right now, we're pressing, pointing fingers at everyone else. We individually have to take responsibility for how we're performing and just be supportive of our teammates. I invited all the guys over to my house for a BBQ to talk about team goals and just be able to ease some of the tension that's been in the clubhouse as of late due to our recent slump." Bryan's veteran leadership should help bring some team camaraderie to a club that desperately needs it to get back on track. |
