3-Homer Hat Trick for Loff Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 Conceição Loff, the San Francisco catcher, blasted three homers today at Golden Gate Park in the Earthquakes 6-3 victory against the Cabo San Lucas Toreros. For the game, Conceição Loff scored 3 times and knocked in 3 runs. When he hit his last home run, his teammates, hearing the crack of the bat, leaped off the bench and rushed on the field to greet the jubilant Loff, when he reached home plate. In the clubhouse after the game, he gleefully said to the press, "It was just one game, but it sure was a lot of fun -- 3-for-4, three roundtrippers and a win. What a day!" Thus far this year Loff is batting .305 with 10 home runs, 27 RBIs and 21 runs scored. |
