Tornadoes Estes Out of Action Sunday, May 8th, 2022 Kansas City fans held their breath as Steve Estes left yesterday's Federals-Tornadoes contest with an injury. After the game, the team's medical staff said that the 28-year-old starting pitcher had suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch. It's estimated that he will be out 4-5 months. On his stats sheet this season Estes shows a 2-2 record, 6 starts, 26.2 innings, 20 strikeouts and a 6.41 ERA. |
