Thompson Strokes 5 Hits Friday, May 6th, 2022 Pat Thompson of the Portland Beavers outhit everybody on the field today at House of the Republic, but all for naught. Thompson personally tore up the So Cal Republic with a 5-5 day, yet his club went down to defeat 15-14. Pat Thompson singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, walked in the 6th and singled in the 9th. This season Thompson is swinging the bat at a .414 rate with 41 hits in 99 at-bats. To date he has hit 1 home run, scored 28 runs and driven in 16. |
