So Cal, Pax River Deal Made Monday, March 14th, 2022 The Baseball News Network is reporting that So Cal and Pax River have agreed in principle to a swap that will send 21-year-old minor league starting pitcher Tex Sweet, 20-year-old minor league starting pitcher Michael West and 19-year-old minor league starting pitcher Pat Bertram to the Psychos with 25-year-old left fielder Bill McIntyre joining the Republic. So Cal's general manager would not confirm the trade, but a team representative close to the negotiations said the deal is official and is now only awaiting approval from the league. |
