The 28-year-old right fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .476 average (10-21) with 4 home runs, 6 RBIs and 7 runs scored. For the season Baba is hitting .372, batted in 121 runs with 35 home runs and 117 runs scored. |
