August's Top Starter Named in TML Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 Veteran Derrick Scott put together quite a successful stretch in August for the Las Vegas Jokers, earning himself the Thurman Munson League Pitcher of the Month award. Scott racked up a 5-1 record in 6 starts, posting a 2.68 ERA over 47 innings and striking out 22. This season Scott has a 15-10 mark in 27 starts with a 5.14 ERA. He has given up 219 hits in 170 innings, struck out 83 and issued 60 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .315 batting average against him. |
