Tornadoes North Down with Injury Wednesday, July 28th, 2021 Watching Oliver North getting helped off the field today at Debris Field, fans of the Kansas City Tornadoes feared the worst. The news wasn't quite as bad as initially feared, but the center fielder will miss 2 weeks with a knee contusion. "We feel we've dodged a bullet. When you see a guy break down like that, you worry right away," a team spokesman said. North suffered the injury making a defensive play in the game against the Jacks. So far this year, North is batting .383 with no home runs and 32 RBIs. |
