Outlaws Lose Clavijo for 13 Months Tuesday, June 15th, 2021 It took the Brooklyn team doctor a while to realize it, but starting pitcher Felipe Clavijo won't simply play through a torn rotator cuff after he got hurt throwing a pitch in today's Mustangs-Outlaws game. At first, it looked like Clavijo might be back as early as tomorrow, but now the prognosis isn't quite so good; he's expected to miss at least 13 months. In 13 starts this season Clavijo has registered a 7-1 record and a 5.63 ERA. |
