So Cal Loses Cohen Brouillette Sunday, May 16th, 2021 The So Cal Republic were dealt a severe blow when Cohen Brouillette was hurt throwing a pitch recently in a game against the Seattle Sasquatch. After the game, the team trainer reported Brouillette might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 30-year-old starting pitcher out for the rest of the season with a torn rotator cuff. They indicated it would take Brouillette at least 6-7 months to heal. This season Brouillette has worked 45.1 innings with 49 strikeouts en route to a 4-1 record and a 4.17 ERA. |
