Great Week for Yomiuri's Yasuhiko Sato Monday, July 4th, 2022 It was some kind of week for Yasuhiko Sato of the Yomiuri Giants. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .600 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the Central League. Last week Sato went 3-5, chalked up 1 home run and 1 RBIs and scored 2 runs. Not a bad week's work at all. This season in 8 games Sato is batting .412 with 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and has scored 5 times. |
