LBL's #1 Hitter for 2022 Named Friday, June 10th, 2022 Jake Gill of the Calgary Outlaws had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Silver Slugger Award for 2022. The 17-year-old catcher put up a .387 average and a .472 on-base percentage, piling up 79 hits, 12 doubles, no triples, 23 home runs, 74 RBIs and 57 runs scored.Edgar Téllez of the Montreal Royales finished second in voting, while Dennis Williams of the Kelowna Heat finished third. |
