Martínez 5-6 Against Green Wave Saturday, March 6th, 2021 UCLA right fielder Pedro Martínez really lit up the Tulane Green Wave with a 5-hit barrage today at Berthoud College Grounds -- a performance that sparked the Bruins to a 14-2 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game and said, "Sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Pedro Martínez singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th and singled in the 8th. So far on the season Martínez is hitting .400 with no home runs, 3 RBIs and 3 runs scored. He has 10 hits and played in 6 games. |
