Marchand Selected Player of the Week Monday, June 12th, 2023 At the age of 28, Franck Marchand might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Sanford center fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .545 batting average. For his efforts Marchand collected the August Herrman League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 2 home runs and 5 RBIs last week in 5 games. This year Marchand is batting .328 with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs. |
