July's AHL Batter of Month Award Announced Monday, August 1st, 2022 When Jon Pittman stepped up to the plate in July, he did it with confidence and today he was honored with the August Herrman League Batter of the Month award. The young Westside right fielder posted a .467 batting average with 1 home run, 20 RBIs and scored 28 runs. Pittman also worked pitchers for 16 walks to post a .547 on-base percentage. So far this season Pittman has hit .419 with 7 home runs, 55 RBIs and and scored 74 times. |
