Star of the Week Honored in BOL Monday, May 31st, 2021 The premier performer in the Buck O'Neil League this week was Carlos Hernández of the Nichols Gnats. The hot-hitting 19-year-old right fielder put up a .545 average and .545 on-base percentage, piling up 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 2 runs scored. That kind of hitting got him the BOL Player of the Week honors. Currently Hernández is batting .333 with 7 home runs and 32 RBIs. |
