Riverside Starter Named ACL's Top Pitcher Sunday, October 1st, 2023 In September, Domingo Moreno tore through the Alexander Cartwright League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 22 years old. The young Riverside starter posted a 5-0 mark and an ERA of 0.55 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 33 innings he collected 43 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .174 average. Moreno has fashioned a 16-7 mark for the season, 3.67 ERA and thrown 179 innings in 33 starts. Opposing clubs are batting .251 against him. |
