May's Best Starter Named in ACL Thursday, June 1st, 2023 In May, Peter Miner tore through the Alexander Cartwright League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 20 years old. The young Asheville starter posted a 5-0 mark and an ERA of 2.17 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 37.1 innings he collected 43 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .155 average. This year Miner has 7 wins and 2 losses and a 4.96 ERA. |
