Storm Troopers Chill Djambek's Hot Streak Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 Pramana Djambek of the Long Island Ducks came up empty at the plate today and went hitless in 4 at-bats. That put a quick end to his 20-game hitting streak. To make matters even worse, Long Island dropped the game to the San Antonio Storm Troopers 11-5. In a postgame comment Djambek told the press, "It was not a good day today. We lost the game and the streak is over." So far this season Djambek is hitting .348 with 6 home runs, 33 RBIs and 32 runs scored. He has 54 hits in 155 at-bats and a .434 OBP. |
