ACL Star of the Week Chosen Monday, May 1st, 2023 Motonobu Kubo is respected by most Frisco Rams fans for his no-frills style of play. The 21-year-old right fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Alexander Cartwright League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .560 average (14-25) with 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This year Kubo has socked 29 hits in 71 at-bats for a .408 average with 3 home runs. He is getting on base at a .500 pace and his totals also include 13 RBIs and 21 runs scored. |
