ACL Best Mound Performer Named Monday, October 31st, 2022 The Cy Young Award for 2022 has been presented and the Alexander Cartwright League winner is Song Wa of Silicon Valley. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Wa. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Hackers star told reporters. Wa excelled with an impressive 15-3 record in 27 starts. In 175 innings he yielded 140 hits and 82 walks, while striking out 208 and compiling a fine 3.19 ERA.Jesús Moreno of the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats finished second in voting, while Cristoforo Giugino of the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats finished third. |
