Rock River Blanks Beehive, Lutz Wins Tuesday, August 23rd, 2022 It was a smooth and solid performance by Ken Lutz of the Rock River Rats against Madison today. He crafted a fine 3-hitter in blanking them 1-0 and chalked up 8 strikeouts and 1 walk along the way. "It certainly makes my job easy," said the Rock River skipper. "When my pitcher pitches a shutout. I can just sit back, watch and enjoy." To date this season Lutz is 8-11 with 27 starts and an ERA of 6.49 with 113 strikeouts in 138.2 innings. |
