Storm Troopers Hesmondhalgh Injured Sunday, August 14th, 2022 The San Antonio Storm Troopers will be without the services of Maurice Hesmondhalgh for 10-11 months after an incident in a game against the Silicon Valley Hackers. The 21-year-old starting pitcher was injured while throwing a pitch and suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament. This season-to-date, Hesmondhalgh has fashioned a 6-8 mark and 5.91 ERA in 105 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .281 against him and he has logged 122 strikeouts. |
