Griffin on Fire: 5-6 for Temple Friday, August 5th, 2022 It was a magical day at the plate for the Goers Noel Griffin. The 21-year-old left fielder helped lift Temple to a 15-12 win over the Riverside Red Bulls today at Red Bull Stadium. Griffin smacked 5 hits in 6 at-bats to spark his club to victory. Noel Griffin singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and flied out in the 8th. Presently Griffin is batting .271 and has collected 9 home runs, 50 RBIs, .379 OBP and scored 70 runs. |
