Boise Starter July's Best Pitcher Monday, August 1st, 2022 In July, Pedro Pérez tore through the Ford Frick League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 21 years old. The young Boise starter posted a 4-0 mark and an ERA of 3.06 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 32.1 innings he collected 36 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .200 average. On his stats sheet this season Pérez shows a 5-2 record, 12 starts, 66 innings, 53 strikeouts and a 4.50 ERA. |
