Sapthotharan Takes ACL #1 Pitcher Trophy Monday, August 1st, 2022 Over the past month Ashwini Sapthotharan has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Alexander Cartwright League. He proved all that and now he's been named July's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Silicon Valley Hackers posted 4-1 mark and a 1.73 ERA. In 5 starts he tossed 36.1 innings, permitted 25 hits and fanned 44 batters. Checking out his stats for the season, Sapthotharan has notched 4 wins and 1 loss in 6 starts, 1.52 ERA and struck out 48 batters in 41.1 innings. |
