Guang Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, June 13th, 2022 It was some kind of week for Joong Guang of the Wichita Wolverines. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .524 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the Ford Frick League. Last week Guang went 11-21, chalked up 3 home runs and 4 RBIs and scored 9 runs. Not a bad week's work at all. This season in 57 games Guang is batting .296 with 11 home runs, 47 RBIs and has scored 38 times. |
