ACL Awards Best Batter Prize to Maxwell Monday, June 6th, 2022 Asheville Tourists fans are celebrating Woodrow Maxwell's selection as Alexander Cartwright League Player of the Week. Maxwell put up some serious numbers over the past seven days as he cracked 9 hits in 24 at-bats. The 26-year-old left fielder hit .375, drove in 12 runs, scored 7 times and hit 4 home runs. For the season Maxwell is batting .321 with 25 hits and 8 home runs. He has scored 18 times and batted in 21. |
