Fraser Goes Downtown 3 Times Against Goers Thursday, August 5th, 2021 Roy Fraser, the Long Island first baseman, blasted three homers today at Long Island Stadium in the Ducks 12-10 victory against the Temple Goers. For the game, Roy Fraser scored 4 times and knocked in 4 runs. When he hit his last home run, his teammates, hearing the crack of the bat, leaped off the bench and rushed on the field to greet the jubilant Fraser, when he reached home plate. In the clubhouse after the game, he gleefully said to the press, "It was just one game, but it sure was a lot of fun -- 3-for-4, three roundtrippers and a win. What a day!" Presently Fraser is batting .301 with 22 hits and 11 home runs. He has knocked in 23 runs and scored 21 times. |
