ACL's #1 Player, Jones of Riverside Monday, May 24th, 2021 Oscar Jones demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Alexander Cartwright League Player of the Week Award. The Riverside shortstop wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .417 average (10-24) with 6 home runs and 12 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. This season in 44 games Jones is batting .338 with 15 home runs, 38 RBIs and has scored 37 times. |
