Woo Selected BCL's Premier Player Thursday, November 2nd, 2023 The future looks extremely bright for Ming-an Woo. At the age of 22, many players are still trying to find their way in TRIPLE A. Woo has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the Blake Camden League Silver Slugger Award. "I didn't expect to hit .349 this year, that's for sure," the first baseman said. The Chicago Titans start also put up a .423 on-base percentage this year, with 159 hits, 19 doubles, 2 triples, 30 home runs, 94 RBIs and 84 runs scored. Nobukazu Ogura of the Antioch Coal Miners finished second in voting, while Wilford Greene of the Billings Mustangs finished third. |
