Reno-Winston Free-for-All Gets 5-Game Suspensions Tuesday, August 15th, 2023 There was a heated confrontation yesterday at House of Pain between the Raiders and Unionists that resulted in ejections and suspensions. Jesús Gallegos of Reno and Pedro Medina of Winston were issued 5-game suspensions by the league office for initiating the on-field disturbance. This season Gallegos is hitting .266 with 112 hits, 15 home runs, 67 RBIs, scored 68 runs and played in 117 games. Thus far this season Medina has posted a 2-12 record, started 17 games, struck out 76 batters in 78.2 innings and compiled a 7.32 ERA. |
