BCL's Top Pitcher in June Is López Saturday, July 1st, 2023 Over the past month Enrique López has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Blake Camden League. He proved all that and now he's been named June's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Joplin Fireballs posted 5-0 mark and a 2.58 ERA. In 5 starts he tossed 38.1 innings, permitted 33 hits and fanned 28 batters. Checking out his stats for the season, López has registered 6 wins and 6 losses in 16 starts, 4.49 ERA and struck out 73 batters in 106.1 innings. |
