Red-Hot Jiménez KSL Player of the Week Monday, May 8th, 2023 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Kade Stenson League, but last week Gilberto Jiménez of the Acapulco Banditos reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Jiménez rocked opposing pitching for a .538 average (14-26), 2 home runs and 8 RBIs to come away with the award. Jiménez is currently batting .430 with 8 home runs and 29 RBIs. |
