Patrick Selected BCL's Top Pitcher Thursday, November 3rd, 2022 Ernie Patrick had a marvelous 2022 season. The Vancouver mound mainstay garnered the most votes and has been named the BCL Cy Young Award honoree. The Canadians star dominated his opposition, finishing with 16 wins, 8 losses and a 4.26 ERA. In 30 starts he worked a total of 190.1 innings, striking out 182, while walking 71. Other clubs managed to hit only .273 against him.Anupradana Agarkar of the Bronx Bombers finished second in voting, while Oliver Romero of the Bronx Bombers finished third. |
