Week's Top Performer Honored by KSL Monday, May 16th, 2022 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Kade Stenson League, but last week Joe Young of the Albuquerque Cacti reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Young rocked opposing pitching for a .607 average (17-28), 4 home runs and 16 RBIs to come away with the award. So far in 2022 Young is batting .479 with 6 home runs, 21 RBIs and 16 runs scored. He has 23 hits in 48 at-bats and a .544 OBP. |
