Ruckus Reaps 5-Game Suspensions Thursday, August 26th, 2021 El Paso's Dan Allen and Silver Lake's Carl Clay have been handed 5-game suspensions for their parts in yesterday's upheaval at Hell Stadium. The teams were notified today that the suspensions would go into effect immediately. According to the league commissioner Allen and Clay provoked and incited the brawl and bore the blame for what transpired. Thus far this year Allen is batting .255 with 19 home runs, 53 RBIs and 43 runs scored. So far this season Clay is 9-and-6 with no saves and a 4.32 ERA. He has given up 152 hits in 133.1 innings with 75 strikeouts. |
