López, Aguilar Swap Clubs Tuesday, December 12th, 2023 A trade was announced today at a press conference in So Cal. Not satisfied with their current roster, the So Cal Republic general manager shook things up by acquiring 28-year-old LF Manuel Aguilar and 33-year-old 3B Mashashi Kogawa from the Mile High Mustangs for 19-year-old minor league RHP Jorge López. The Republic general manager said, "We're a better team now. We've added several pieces to the puzzle." Over his career Aguilar is batting .274 with 13 home runs and 75 RBIs. In 129 games he has delivered 115 hits, scored 72 runs, stolen 13 bases and gotten on base at a .340 clip. |
