ABL News: First-Year Player Draft Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 The ADULT BASEBALL LEAGUE baseball moguls will be maneuvering, conniving and cajoling today to get the pick of the litter in this year's amateur draft. They will be drooling and salivating over the new pups available in the rookie player draft. Pax River, Georgia, Washington, Minnesota and Mile High have plenty to bark and yelp about, since they will have the first five picks. In the opinion of most baseball experts, these are the most highly prized players in the 2023 draft: 1. Leon Morris, 21 year-old starting pitcher out of college. 2. Koryusai Uchida, 21 year-old starting pitcher out of college. 3. Chong-yeol Pak, 19 year-old third baseman out of college. 4. Zhao-ying Gai, 19 year-old left fielder out of college. 5. Mike Davis, 21 year-old left fielder out of college. 6. Namboku Kojima, 21 year-old starting pitcher out of college. 7. Rintaro Shinoda, 20 year-old starting pitcher out of college. 8. Toyokazu Murayama, 19 year-old right fielder out of college. 9. John Oakes, 19 year-old second baseman out of college. 10. Gabin Martin, 19 year-old starting pitcher out of college. |
