Minnesota Third Baseman Out Friday, May 19th, 2023 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Berserkers when after today's game against the Federals, the club found out they would be without the services of Joel Franklin for at least 5 weeks. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Franklin was injured earlier today running the bases and suffered an oblique strain. This year Franklin has hit 12 home runs and posted a .252 batting average. |
