Texans, Patriots Close Deal Friday, January 27th, 2023 Signed ... sealed ... and delivered. Dallas has worked out terms of a deal to send 22-year-old minor league shortstop José Pona, 19-year-old minor league reliever Joachim Doucet and 18-year-old minor league starting pitcher Adhipa Vemireddy to Manhattan Beach for 31-year-old second baseman Steve Wagner and $3,000,000 in cash. Both teams expect to introduce their new players at press conferences later in the week. Wagner has played in 901 games and posted a lifetime .300 average. He has 1032 hits, 142 doubles, 9 triples and 214 homers. In addition he has driven in 657 runs and scored 657 times. |
