Cameron on Fire: 5-6 for Portland Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 Portland shortstop Donald Cameron really lit up the Georgia Grays with a 5-hit barrage today at The Death Star -- a performance that sparked the Beavers to a 20-8 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game and said, "Sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Donald Cameron tripled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Dennis Stanford in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 7th and struck out in the 8th. Currently Cameron is batting .249 with 2 home runs and 38 RBIs. |
