RCL Selects Rookie Star of the Month Monday, August 1st, 2022 Youngster Balakrishnan Sreeram emerged as the latest Roberto Clemente League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Dallas deserved the honor, batting .351 with 2 home runs and 13 runs batted in. Is the month of July a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Sreeram enjoy the limelight. In 2022 Sreeram has hit at a .276 clip with 94 hits, 7 home runs, 41 RBIs and has scored 52 times. |
